Just bought a Tower iron from Aldi this morning. What a fantastic iron. Lightweight with steam and plenty of features. One great point. It doesn’t bleeb. How good is that. I usually bought Tefal but my last iron was terrible. Great price. Top marks for this iron.

I was sorry to learn that our initial response to your enquiry wasn't as you had expected - one of the requirements for our warranty scheme is to retain a copy of the purchase receipt. I contacted customer service and spoke to Lucy about my faulty vacuum cleaner on the 9th March and today 16th she has contacted me to say that a replacement will be delivered. I would like to thank her for the very good service and for helping me, she is a very helpful and friendly person and very good at her work ,good customer service is very rare these days .I was in charge of the customer service department when I worked for the electricity board many years ago so know how few thanks you get compared to the abuse you have to put up with. Thanks Lucy. .

Have excellent Tower Air-fryer but lost protectors on the inner grid. No problem to Tower Service Team, Arjan had them posted to me free of charge.

Excellent service from Laura. I emailed to enquire about buying a replacement charger for my vacuum (I’d lost mine). Had a quick response from Laura in customer services and was sent an immediate replacement free of charge. I was very impressed, this is what good customer service looks like, well done Laura and Tower and thank you

Broken timer knob, rang and spoke to Fayyaz who found us a spare and sent it straight out. I would have happy to pay but none asked for. Excellent service.

Having purchased an air fryer, I registered it with the Tower web site entitling me to a 5 year guarantee. I am very pleased with my 4.3litre fryer and it served my partner and myself well until the button securing the basket failed. This wasn't a problem as Tower promptly sent me a replacement basket and all was wellfor about a year. Recently the same button failed again along with the timer knob which I think is due to the plastic deteriorating due to the heat from the fryer. Again not a problem, as Tower simply replaced my fryer with a new one, once they were satisfied that my old one had been decommissioned by cutting the cable off. All credit to Tower for standing by their guarantee and a big Thank You to Fayyaz who dealt with my case.

I am new to air frying .and very pleased i bought tower.the instructions.are clear and precise and the whole unit looks like it belongs in my kitchen.if i had to pick any thing that could be moaned about it would be the display panel .the symbols are a bit small for my eyes but for any one with good vision they would be ok i think .this unit is well worth the money and i recomend it.not that i am a master chef not even agood cook .but it worksfor me .
