“We were considering buying the rotisserie basket from amazon based on cost but this would have been a big mistake. We decided to buy directly and we were amazed at the quality and size of the basket. The basket size was not displayed on your website but for anyone wanting the size, the size are diameter 14cm x length 31.5 cm. great fit in the Tower Express Pro Combo.”

“We absolutely love the air fryer, it’s simple to use and big enough to cook quite a large chicken. Unfortunately we had only had it just over four weeks when the bulb went. What’s the problem you might say? I am quite a handy guy a round the house a retired engineer but when I looked to see where the bulb was situated it was quite inaccessible, a crazy design. What made matters worst I could not find any information on how to change the bulb, I tried ringing “Customer Support “ that was a total waste of time, apparently due to the popularity of the product there was no one available to speak to, I guess bulbs were popping left right and centre. Halogen bulbs are renowned for blowing hence you would think they would have made it easy to change. Daft as it seems I ended up taking the fryer back to Argos who were brilliant and changed it straight away. How ridiculous to have to take something back because the bulb had gone. So Tower please give instructions on how to change the bulb!”

When our products are designed we always consider our customers safety as a priority - as a result some of the parts within our products are sealed units. “I cannot comment on this sealing ring it doesn't fit my pressure cooker even though I paid extra for next day delivery it didn't arrive until 3 days later ,very disappointed”

Hi Carol, We were disappointed to read your review about your recent order with Tower. Here at Tower, we welcome our customer's comments and feedback which are always investigated allowing us to provide a balanced response wherever required. Having investigated your comments I can see your order was delivered earlier than expected. Your order was placed on Friday after the 24-hour cut-off time quoted on our website, with your order being delivered on Monday - some 24 hours earlier than scheduled. “Order never came lost my order then offered me a replacement or refund still awaiting a reply these guys only have email customer service and only reply with 1 message every 3 to 4 days do not purchase anything with this company directly”

Hi We were disappointed to read your comments about your recent contact with our Customer Services Team. As part of our Continuous Improvement Strategy we always investigate our customers comments and wherever required provide a balanced response. I was sorry to learn your parcel was lost within our courier partners network. I can confirm we do operate a telephone service for our customers to contact us via this channel. When you contacted us via email we did provide an acknowledgement to your enquiry and provided an indication of the timescales associated to when we would respond. In addition we politely requested to avoid sending duplicate messages as this only hinders our ability to effectively resolve your enquiry. Our first response was made to you within 48 hours of your initial enquiry. Following this response we received a further 5 emails from you within 3 days. I was pleased to learn one of my Customer Services Team have been in contact with you and fully resolved your enquiry. It only leaves me apologise for any perceived shortfall in the service we have provided to resolve your enquiry. Regards Keith - Group Customer Services Manager

“I'm so very disappointed with my Tower air fryerits not even a year old and all the non stick coating has started to peel off . Then yesterday I plugged it in to cook and it blew my whole fuse box . It cost me the whole day with no electricity. An engineer finally fixed the fuse box at 5pm . He tested my air fryer and said it was definitely the cause . It now doesn't work at all . I'm very sad about this”

“There was a cosmetic issue with a kettle that I had bought, so I asked for a replacement of the defective part as the kettle was under extended warranty. Megan was professional and prompt in responding to my enquiry and resolving the issue. Without going into the detail of the matter, I’m really glad with the customer service I received. Without it. I would have been stuck with a kettle/toaster set which had become an eyesore.”
