Super fast delivery, used it for the first time last night and was very impressed. Only complaint is can’t seem to register the warranty online ?!

There items look and feel very good but unfortunately there do not work on the Induction hob that I wanted for and the customer service was very poor to resolve my problem and for me to send the item back which I'm still waiting to do

Customer feedback also allows us to provide a balanced response to the comments left. Having investigated your enquiry I was disappointed to read you felt our Customer Service was poor. Upon receiving your original message we acknowledged safe receipt of your enquiry and provided details of the timescales you could expect a respond from us. We also made a polite request to avoid sending duplicate or chase emails as this hinders our ability to respond to your message in the shortest possible time. I purchased an XEC20 plus TOWER 3in1 corded vaccuum cleaner, it wasn’t expensive and I wasn’t expecting a super powerful one but it is absoutley rubbish! There is hardly any power on any of the 2 settings, it doesn’t even lift dried grass from my car mats! It’s looks lovely and is very light but don’t waste your money - very disappointed ☹️

Rest assured all of our products are supported by a robust warranty scheme in additional to a 30 day money back guarantee. As your product was purchased via a 3rd party retailer you can return your product to them for a refund. It only leaves me to apologise that our product failed to meet your personal expectations. I was sorry you felt we took a long time to respond to your enquiry - upon receipt of your initial enquiry we provided an indication as to when we would respond - we responded to your enquiry well within the timescales quoted. With regard to the comments about your return, as your item was being returned as unwanted it is the buyers responsibility to pay the postage charges - we were happy to provide a returns label to you to facilitate this return. Our old Tower pressure cooker has sadly seen the newer Tower models and run off to the cupboard after 42 years of great service ,it was a wedding present ,hope our new Tower T920004S7L lives up to past expectations of our old one which is nestled up to the copper pans enjoying its retirement

My daughter bought me an Air Fryer for Christmas. Overall it works well, however the small black protectors on the grill plate do not. They fall off and already one has split. Is it possible to get replacements.

When I went onto the tower website to order my microwave it came up with a 20% discount code on my first order. I kept putting it in but it wouldn't be accepted so I went ahead with the purchase thinking I would contact tower as I thought it was a blip. No it wasn't . Apparently because I was buying a microwave the code wasn't for microwaves. I was furious. If I'd of been buying a washer it would have come back the same - no discount on washers. Never again will I purchase anything from tower. Just can't believe they can do that. I contacted them a number of times to no avail 😡

We ordered our Air fryer on Friday and it arrived on Monday (26th February 2024) I have only used it once but very pleased with my first attempt at potatoe croquettes and fish. Standard delivery was superb. I am looking forward to experimenting in the future. I do think more recipes or ideas in the leaflet would be good, i.e. cooking times from fresh to frozen ( difference in time for frozen chips and frozen jacket potatoes compared to using fresh items,,,suppose I've got to experiment).
