Like how it cooks but within about 2 weeks of using it the black non stick coating on the grill pan began peeling off. Cannot find my receipt from Asda so they’re not interested. Rang Tower customer services to complain and advised operator that we’ve followed instructions on how to clean. Not really interested as have no receipt. Told the woman we leave grill plate in warm soapy water to soak for a bit before washing as is difficult to remove some of the bits left on it after cooking. She said ‘Well we don’t advise putting it in soak’ Doesn’t say that in manual. Then said that I could order a new grill plate but they haven’t got any in!! Safe to say she is one of the most unhelpful customer service person I’ve ever spoken to 😡I know I’m at fault for losing receipt but zero help means zero recommendations for Tower products

All of our calls are recorded for training and monitoring purposes - having observed your call to us I can see several options were discussed with you. These were hindered as a result of you being unable to provide a receipt for your purchase as well as the part required being out of stock. All of our products are supported by a fixed warranty period - the first 12 months of this warranty is with the retailer and it was recommended that you refer to the retailer for a resolution. Hi Peter, I was disappointed to read your review about not receiving your item. Your item was placed under standard delivery timescales which can take up to 5 working days - having checked your parcels tracking it shows your parcel is expected to be delivered today - which will be 1 day earlier than the 5-day delivery timescale. Not yet tried it. But the 5 stars Iv rated is purely because of the fast delivery. And so easy to use. Can’t wait to use this.

My air fryer broke down and I contacted tower to inform them, i thought the warranty procedure would be dead stressful/strict, however Sam made the process very easy! All that was required of me was to send images, and a replacement was ordered and came the 2nd day after order confirmation.

A lovely customer service rep Rachel, helped me to get a replacement timer dial for my Tower airfyer. she answered my query promptly and the replacement item was in the post within a day. I couldn't recommend Tower for excellent customer service enough.

My Tower air fryer timer became faulty, I was amazed how quick Tower responded to my issue. ✨Liberty ✨from Customer Service was absolutely fantastic through whole process. Result! New air fryer delivered fast..........Highly recommend Tower!

I have a Tower air fryer which unfortunately has suffered a broken knob. I thought on the off chance about contacting the company to see if I could get a replacement. Within less than 12hrs I was contacted back by ⭐️Rachel⭐️ who has been brilliant, she has tried to arrange a replacement air fryer but unfortunately due to my poor paperwork I didn’t keep the proof of purchase. But never the less she has found a replacement knob which will prevent the waste of a good machine. Rachel your customer service skills are second to none and you have given me faith in contacting Tower, I will definitely be considering this company for future purchase of appliances. 👏 PS excuse the emojis! But they do reflect the experience 👍

Payed next day delivery, two days later no parcels, emailed the customer service twice still not reply, and unable to track my parcels, very annoyed as I spent a lot on this website…

I thought I may have a problem returning the fry pan but the advice I received from Liberty really helped. I was able to provide the proof that TK Max wanted and they gave me a refund. Thank you again Liberty for the brilliant service!
