“Preset programmes work but cannot set temperature or time manually. Customer services phone line useless and haven’t had a response to my email”

Hello Dennis, It's disappointing to read your comments regarding not being able to reach us over the phone and not receiving a response to your email. We are currently experiencing an increase in contact due to the popularity of our products. We can see that your email was sent to us after 2pm on Friday 10th March and a reply was sent from our Support team well within our current reply times. Please note, our opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm. “Ordered the dish rack and unfortunately it arrived damaged. The service I received from Liberty was excellent and I received a replacement very quickly. Would definitely purchase from them again.”

“I recently purchased a Tower Dual basket air fryer but have misplaced the instruction manual. I was unable to find one online, I sent an email to customer services and had a very prompt reply from Sam, a team manager with a pdf copy of the manual attached. Fantastic customer service. Many thanks”

“Trays were fine BUT they wasn’t the same size as the original tray that was with the air fryer when purchased so they don’t fit the sides properly - they’re smaller - I have to use the metal mesh shelves and put tray on top!”
