Purchased a Tower air fryer which had an electrical fault 2 months later and set my kitchen on fire. This occured in February and despite over 40 emails has still not being resolved. I have not even received or been offered a refund for the original Air fryer (I would not want a replacement even if this had been offered). I have been advised over and over by Tower their insurance company is demanding that I find a joiner company to come and give a quote but the company needs to be VAT registered. I am having great difficulty in finding a joiner company in my area which earns over £85,000 per year. Due to this Tower and the insurance company will not budge and are repeatedly telling me to look on Google to find one. Each company i have contacted do not earn enough to be VAT registered and the insurance company are refusing to send someone out to provide a quote for the damage caused. I will never purchase another Tower product and not would I encourage anyone else to either.

Hello, I bought a Tower Vortex Air Fryer around 14 months ago and it has been brilliant in the time it takes to cook and the way it cooks. The timer knob cracked and would not set the time so I emailed customer services and was answered by Louise who took me through the details and photos need. I was surprised that the whole unit would be replaced and not just the knob. After sending all the information Louise agreed to send a new Fryer leaving me a very happy customer. I can not praise Louise enough and in I ever need customer services again I will ask for her. Tom Gallagher

The first meal was a success, the grill gpt a bit sticky from the food and part of it was attached to them after 20 minutes at 190°, but nothing that a good clean was not able to solve.

After having a very slight issue and leaving a previous review, I have to say that within an hour I received an email from Tower customer services, they fully resolved the issue above and beyond my expectations. Thank you Tower we will definitely be buying from you again.

I’m impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of the customer service provided by Louise. I was also impressed by the hassle free process in getting my air fryer replaced under warrantee, I will be recommending tower to family and friends. I’ve included a picture of my previous tower air fryer; it had been used almost daily for 18 months. It has all but replaced my oven, but unfortunately it packed in, luckily I was in warrantee and I’ve been sent a replacement.

Had a problem with a kettle. I emailed and got service adviser "Annie" Extremely helpful! Problem solved, with ease. Many thanks Happy Customer( please note I have put 6-12 hours as email sent Sunday) I didn't expect a response that day

The Tower air fryer is an excellent product ( already got one )the problem was the delivery. First one went missing, cancelled order, then order again. The next day delivery took 6 days

My air fryer oven bulb stopped working and I wrote to customer services. I have been dealing with Annie and she has been extremely helpful and patient with me going through the procedure for a replacement. All paperwork completed and I await delivery of my replacement air fryer oven. I use this in place of my large built-in oven as it is so much quicker and consequently less expensive to run.
