“Very happy with product but very unhappy with the couriers you used only received it Monday box was very badly damaged no security Tab on box if I buy again from you would not buy if it is coming by evri couriers”

Hi Betty, I was sorry to see the condition of your parcel - the image you have forwarded to us will assist greatly when we speak with our courier partners. Our courier partners deliver 1000's of parcels to our customers every day and I can assure you that issues of this nature are rare. It only leaves me to apologise for any inconvenience caused. “Very pleased with the dual basket air fryer after only having single one before.Still learning all programmes. Would have liked a more in-depth instruction book with recipes. Have had to look on tube to find more things out. So come on Tower bring out a Tower recipe book for your dual air fryer”

“Well the air fryer doesn't work and I waiting for a response about what you are going to do about it. It is pretty poor that I have to rely on email as you don't do phone calls. A very unhappy customer.”

“Very happy with my 10 in 1 air fryer very disappointed that I can’t get the rotisserie basket to cook my chips and crisps I bought one from the internet to find Out does not fit my air fryer”
