“Very quick delivery. Securely packaged. Started using the pain gone pen straight away and very pleased so far with the pain relief achieved. Used on head neck and sciatic nerve. Would definitely recommend. As these issues are persistent I expect to get even better pain relief with continued use.”

“Ordered 2 items online. Only 1 arrived despite 2 being clearly marked on order and invoice. Obviously no quality checks in place or attention to detail. Help line very friendly but couldn't do anything except take a message to pass on. Now 3 weeks on and still no replacement item or follow up from "customer services" - what a joke.”

“I have one criticism of the website it woud be it is quite difficult to navigate and the information is in very pale type. The VAT box was already ticked when I started and it was not until the end realised I would not be entitled to VAT free - so the process began again. The parcel was delivered by Hermes between the times indicated on the email.”
