“The order acknowledgment indicated "48-72 hours" delivery. It wasn't until I phoned after this period that I was told the item was not in stock, but I could expect a delivery by "Tuesday". On Tuesday I finally got an email shipping advice that the order had been raised, but no delivery date. I have still not received any advice of when I will receive the item. It would have been far more customer friendly to have been told that they were out of stock when the order was acknowledged and to have been given a realistic delivery date. The whole reason for the purchase was to relieve pain and I still have not received the item which was advertised as relieving pain. Not satisfactory at all.”

“From beginning to end the sales staff were helpful and never once pressurised me to make a purchase till I was ready. Delivery was prompt, and packaged safely. The TENs belt and paingone pen are excellent and have really helped me with my pains and I would definitely recommend this company and their goods. Thank you to all who work there.”

“This Paingone pen is a good gadget, although I found it difficult to use on my back because I couldn't comfortably hold it long enough without digging it into myself, because it is hard to operate with one hand, as the button needs a firm press. For other places, it is amazing.”

“I Suffered from mild acne , black heads and white heads , since using panoxy 10% and using quinoderm face wash and then finally moisturise with Aloe Vera gel with t -treat oil or oil free moisturiser my skin now look so much clear , I have tried all sorts even hospital medicine ,Recutane pills which didn't do much part from drying out my skin , I have been using this for 6 months now , but I have to use it the cream once every day in morning ,”

“I received my items (benzoyl peroxide, which is becoming hard to find and expensive at local chemists') surprisingly quickly, and at the hands down best price I have seen anywhere in the UK. I most definitely will order from Tower again when my current stockpile runs thin -- and I without reservation recommend them to all and sundry.”

“I bought a New White Paingone Pen at the beginning of July. The Pen had some good reviews but, unfortunately, it didn't suit my needs. I am most impressed that Tower Health refunded the amount to me in full before the end of the month.”
