“I had high hopes for pain gone pen, unfortunately it has not worked for me. In applying for a refund I has to pay postage charges (recorded delivery). It seems to work for other people,still worth a try with the 30 day returns guarantee.”

“It should first be noted that I went with TowerHealth because they were the cheapest yet the most professional looking website. My order reached me within three days, the longest time period they claimed it would take to reach me, but still within the time they claimed it would. TowerHealth also sent one email to me letting me know that I could track my package from their website, which was great and also good that I could check at my own leisure, rather than them constantly emailing me to keep me updated. The products arrived safely packaged and the boxes in check. TowerHealth, if you continue to stock Panoxyl aqua gel 10 at this current price, you will likely have a long time customer out of me. (Oh, and I forgot to mention that I also got a deal that stopped package pricing. Good stuff and very generous!)”

“I cannot comment on the item I purchased as I did not receive it. Your carriers attempt to deliver the last time comprised of them placing a "non delivery\ return to sender" note in my letterbox, which surprised me as I had waited in the house especially - infact I did receive another delivery that day.”

“There was a good service with TowerHealth itself, however, when it came to delivery, it took longer that expected and did not turn up. I then went on the tracker to see that there was a 'confusion in address' and it had gone to the customer service department in Hampshire, when I live in Kent! Evidently going to take even longer to be delivered! No one contacted me to tell me there was a confusion in address; but also, there should not of been a confusion in address because it was Tower Health website that searched and found my address. It is a standard address!? So, to summarise, I am still waiting for my delivery, but the response in helping me find the correct item from Tower Health was speedy and on point.”

“I purchased an item from there website and paid for 24-48 hour delivery. 72 hours later with no delivery i contacted the company. I was told it must have been lost in the post and now they were out of stock but it is ironic to note that even when told they were out of stock, there website would still allow me to place an order for the same item. Personally i think i got lied to but did get everything i paid refunded.”
