“Excellent service! Placed an order for a couple of refill bottles of rock salt for my old Salitair. Having just used my Salitair myself and my other half having picked up my cold, decided to get her one too a bit later on the same day. I contact Tower Health to ask if they could add in a Salitair unit with my existing order. They were more than happy to do this but said if the order had gone, they wouldn't charge delivery if it had to be sent separately.”

“orders are sent out very quickly indeed and well packaged. im in full support of any company that deals with aches and pains FIRST AND FOREMOST! its good to treat pain as soon as its felt at home and i'd only *resort to a GP if tower health products couldnt ease the problems first ( or bring long term relief.) temporary relief? from aches and pains with T.H products is better than "meantime" painkilling tablets if you do have to resort to *deeper methods. im pleased with the products ive purchased.”

“The item came and on time. It was well packed in its own box. The instructions are easy to read. As for the TENS pen it is too early to say if it works. On the first time I tried it you can feel the the electric work. Overall the pen itself is solid and well made. Time will tell.”

“I accidentally ordered the wrong size of the product and sent an email asking what to do, I was amazed by the response I got. They telephoned twice but couldn't contact me and so sent an email with a contact name and number and when I phoned back they could not have been more helpful and pleasant. The goods are on there way back and the items I should have ordered will then be detached to me. Really excellent.”
