“Huge disappointment !!! I paid for 2 packages of 2 pieces and I received only 1 package ( only 2 pieces instead of 4 ). I asked the supervisor how the problem will be solved, but I have not even got an answer”

“Made an online purchase on the Thursday morning before Easter. Later that afternoon Tower Health sent an e mail advertising discounts on some products including the one I purchased. I emailed back asking if my order would qualify for the new pricing - the answer was no!”

“Good delivery times but the cost of delivery for a very small parcel £3.95 makes the product expensive also advertised free delivery in December but you cant access it with the code.”

“The product arrived in Greece in 11 days, which is fairly slow for the cost of shipment I paid (13 pounds). More over, there was no email notification sent when the item was posted nor, of course, a tracking number. I had to send emails asking for this information, which were answered fairly quickly.”
