“Very efficient company. Received the painpen but had problems with it as it was miss clicking when used. Contacted the company by email and received a replacement the next day. My husband has found that this has helped with his pain management. Many thanks to the company for the replacement pen”

“The filling in of the form was slightly irritating because a couple of the fields kept resetting to blank when I made a mistake elsewhere. However, once completed, the service was excellent, with easy payment and very prompt delivery. I shall use them again.”
