“There is simply no fuss with Totalid. They always give you a fair, competitive price and deliver on time. There is no hard sell. You never feel that the staff are under pressure to "close deals" and as a result, they make time for you as a customer. Sales staff are friendly and professional. Products are as good as any other company who may charge you more. I completely recommend Totalid to anyone looking for ID products.”

“We have used Total ID for many years now and have always found them very professional. They are always helpful and fulfil our orders very promptly and efficiently. The price is always very good and beats the other suppliers. Stella the accounts manager is especially good at getting the cheapest price for the goods and keeps us well informed of any updates or changes. The delivery is very quick which is a bonus. “Our company has used Total ID regularly for lanyards, ID cards, card holders and ribbons. We have always received excellent service and nothing is too much trouble. Orders are always received on time and with no fuss. Would have no hesitation in recommending them.”

“The team at Total ID were diligent and considerate in the entire process of ordering our lanyards. We wanted them fast and shipped to Australia and the team made sure the process was as seamless as possible. “Working with Stella at Total ID was a pleasure! Stella's customer service and interpersonal skills were second to none and she talked me through different options and provided advice throughout. When it came to placing the order, Stella kept in me the loop with delivery times and the items arrived when expected. The lanyards look professional, match our brand guidelines and help differentiate the different users in the building.
