“Sadly you delivered the wrong stuff but I needed it desperately so had to settle for it. Obviously a one off as I have been using you for 8 years and never had a problem before”

“Running an in-ground swimming pool has become considerably more expensive and would appreciate better offers for regular customers. Also, why has the old 500 gram shock treatment packets been replaced by 300 gram packets; 500 gram dose was ideal for the size of my pool - now I have to use two 300 gram packs obviously at increased cost.”

“Quick delivery however the packaging of delivery is poor. Same as previous delivery the chemical tub was damaged as containers were stacked when packaged for delivery. I have requested a replacement container to empty the chemicals into.”

“I have been ordering the multi functional tablets for a while now & they are very good, however my latest order I was not very happy with the new packaging, it’s now in a plastic bag & in a plastic bucket, the overpowering toxic fumes when you open the bag is so bad, they used to be a handful in individual small sealed bags, I won’t be ordering again if they continue to provide it in this packaging. Shame 😟”

“I thought I had ordered 1 x alkalinity builder and 1 x pH increaser but I received 2 x pH increaser. Could you check please as I remember selecting one of each. I therefore still require the alkalinity product”

“i thought the postage and package was rather expensive considering how light and small our order was. Also the delivery was made to the porch of a neighbour 100metres away up our steep lane. then I received a photo of the parcel in the neighboursopen porch. We were in that morning and have a very loud door bell”

Hi, thanks for your review. We're sorry to hear that you were unhappy with our delivery charge this time. Unfortunately, as we can only use DHL to send all our chemicals out, this is what their standard charge is for postage per parcel so we have no choice on this I'm afraid. “I have used swimming pool chemicals for a few years now and find the products a good standard good quality and overall good delivery service I feel the cost has increased and of delivery charge high especially when my order was £74 if iI went direct to jacuzzi direct I would get cheaper and delivery free with order over £50 Which I feel this may sway my ordering next time kind regards Stephen Kenyon”

Hi Stephen, Thanks for your review. We try to keep our prices as low as we can. However, due to price increases from our suppliers, as well as the supply shortage of chlorine, we have unfortunately had to increase our prices. We have also had to increase the delivery charge to cover the costs from our courier company. Should the market change in the future, we will revisit our prices accordingly.
