“shock granules not as effective as liquid chlorine”

“I am disappointed that you are selling blue horizon bags of shock in your self named buckets. It is not even near as good as your own brand. I am now buying my shock elsewhere. Please bring your own brand back.”

“Ordered chlorine 200gm tablets for our pool and complete waste of money. I am putting 4 tablets in and it still doesn't have enough chlorine. Our old tablets worked fine with 1 in so DO NOT BUY THESE. I dont think they have any chlorine in, you can put your nose right on them and hardly any smell where as the old tablets made your eye water.”

“Poor delivery packaging. Due to the way it was packaged the weight of the 2 tubs on top broke the lid of the larger PH Increaser. Now I do not have a way to store the PH Increaser.”

“I would not have ordered if I had known that their prices are ex vat but this is not revealed until check out even though all customers are domestic. Freels dishonest and will not use them again”

Hi Marion Sorry to hear that you are still waiting for your order to arrive. The tracking shows that the driver was unable to access the delivery address and the parcel has been placed into the hold bay. I have contacted DHL and asked for them to reattempt delivery again tomorrow. Apologies for the delay and the inconvenience this has caused. “I would love to write a review about Swimming Pool Chemicals but unfortunately, I am unable to do so because I am still waiting for the arrival of the order. DHL informed me that the parcel was delayed last Friday, I sent them an email inquiring about the progress of the delivery 3 days ago and I am still waiting for a response to my inquiry!”

Hi Andrew Thanks for your feedback and sorry that you have yet to receive your order. Unfortunately once the order leaves our warehouse and is with the courier, it is out of our control. We have received this parcel back into our warehouse today as DHL were unable to locate the delivery address, we have sent an email to your email address to inform you and ask for more information, so that we can send the order out again and ensure delivery is successful this time. If there are any issues with the delivery, I would advise contacting us rather than DHL, so that we can sort it out straight away for you. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.

“Submitted and paid for an order for a pool pump. The next morning i received an email from pay pal with a refund. I called swimmingpoolchemicals to ask what was happening and was told the item was not in stock. There was no email from the company to notify me, i had to call them to ask what happened to my order. This was my first order with them. I won't use this company anymore for my pool purchases.”

“You sent the wrong free gift and have made no attempt to correct the situation. Like it or not the free gift sets you apart from your competitors but there is little value in trading with you if you can't send the gift your customer has chosen. Yes, no doubt you do run out of stock from time to time but you should promise to send the right gift when the stock is replenished instead of fobbing the customer off with something he doesn't want.”

“Shock Chlorine supplied this year is different to last year, it is powdery not granular and we have used double the quantity we would normally use. With 30 + years of opening the pool, I am experienced enough to make this comment. Really poor value for money this year, I have switched to a Cardiff supplier. I would be happy to talk to you if you'd like to gt in touch Julianne Coates”
