“Slight hiccup regarding my recent order. I presume it won't be long before you replace the oxy shock with the normal chlorine shock! Hi, thanks for your review, we are sorry to hear this. I've checked your order and unfortunately it looks like you have ordered oxy shock by mistake this time as we have been out of stock of the chlorine shock until Wednesday or Thursday this week when we are due a delivery. “The only thing that let you down was your delivery company who left my parcel behind a gate half a mile up the road. The people thst live there found my parcel at 7 o'clock thast night, they got in there car and delivered it to me.”

“Good website, quick paid delivery service. When delivered wrong item, an email quickly resolved it by arranging correct shipment and return by same courier. Website could offer more pool vacuum cleaning heads.”

“I would normally be more positive but on this occasion I thought your customer service was lacking. I made an order for one product, but realised an hour so later I needed something else and asked via email for it to be added to the order. The email response was that this was too complicated and I would need to make a separate order and thus incur additional postage charges. In the time it took to tell me this you could have amended the order your end.”

Hi, thank you for your review, we are sorry to hear you are unhappy with our service this time. Unfortunately at the time we were experiencing an unprecedented amount of orders that our warehouse were desperately trying to pack and send out the same day so we were unable to amend any during that period I'm afraid. Usually if it is possible for us to change an order before it has been dispatched we will happily do so but during busier times this is not always likely. “Brilliant product...keeps all pool clean,and jacuzzi ..very handy around house,but must not smell this product upon opening,as the chlorine is so strong,and although may be flammable,once used properly.This is the best disinfectant I've ever used:::”

“Always has excelled service. My only reservation is a very steep carriage charge on orders under £70 I have just need a small item under £20. I purchased elsewhere slightly mor expensive but no charge for next day delivery.”

“Ive not used the product yet but the service so far has been exemplary . Incredibly good value compared to others and next day delivery was awesome. Also product arrived in very high quality buckets and bags so installation was easy with such a heavy product. Im delighted. Thank you”
