Hi John Sorry to hear that there has been delays with you receiving part of your order, DHL have confirmed that they struggled to find the address due to the incorrect postcode being entered when the order was placed, this has now been corrected and rescheduled for delivery. “Delivery did not turn up and contacted SPC which was very easy and spoke to a human being which is quiet unusual with companies today. The lady I spoke to was extremely efficient and dealt with the problem straight away. SPC had done their delivery side ok it was the fault of the carrier. Highly impressed with this company”
