“Great response - usually 2 days from order to pool. Simple website stocking a focussed range of essentials. Love the freebies on orders over £40... albeit just need to keep rotating the gifts as soon have 1 of everything. Very competitively priced compared to others and the ability to purchase 10 & 20kg Chema caters for the larger pool owner. It would be great if you also stocked broader range of pool kit (eg replacement skimmer baskets). Also you could consider a blog or Customer gallery to share tips n thoughts. Nevertheless all the best for great service. Luke”

“We paid for the chemicals. We were notified they had been dispatched and would arrive in 24th July. They did not arrive. On 27th July I spoke to your office. Your office could not find a record of the order and despatch? I was assured the order would be re-desptched I await the order with baited breath! Jeremy Woodcock Plymouth”

Hi, thank you for your review. We can confirm the order was sent and it is out for delivery today with DHL, however please can you confirm the address on your order is correct as the post code doesn't seem to be matching your address on the Royal Mail postcode finder? This may be the reason for the problem with delivery. We have also sent you an email if you can reply to that with the details. Many thanks!
