“I haven't had any products, all I have had is an email to say sorry your chemicals have been delivered to the wrong address. No offer of a refund, no indication of when I might actually receive the chemicals I have paid for. Not impressed”

Hi, thanks for your review. We've had a look into this and yes DHL delivered to the wrong address but they collected the order on Friday and we can see you received the chemicals today. As for the refund we will refund the delivery charge now for you. Many thanks, Swimming Pool Chemicals

“Easy to use website. lots if info there too on how to use the chemicals. Customer service was very prompt when resolving my missing free gift, seems the website didn’t add it to my basket automatically. Delivery was very prompt too and well packaged. Will definitely be ordering again.”

“Unfortunately I have used any products yet because British weather doesn't allow me. But I know that they will meet my expectations as my neighbour find them very good. Simply with a pump, multifunctional tablets every day and oxidiser shock once a week they keep their swimming pool great. I received a superb service from this company, I highly recommend them. I received the parcel very shortly as we aren't living in a difficult time. Plus I also received I little present as I spent more than £40. Thank you my daughter it will really appreciate it!”
