“The delivery was much slower than usual. It has always been so quick in the past. Judging by the messages I received I believe this was due to the courier rather than your despatch end, but thought you should be aware. Otherwise all good”

Hi Jonathan, Thanks for your review, and sorry to hear you were unhappy with the delivery service. Our delivery is usually 1-2 working days, with 95% of orders delivered the next day. Occasionally, delivery can take longer due to courier delays, which is unfortunately out of our control. We pass all delivery feedback over to our courier, to hopefully reduce delays in the future.
