“I ordered tablets for my pool lab, I made a mistake and one of the tablets I ordered was wrong, I spoke to both Jayne and Jason who were both really helpful but the shipment had already left, when the tablets came there was 2 packages 1 was my original order and the other was a replacement for the ones I had ordered by mistake. I didn't request a replacement but the did it anyway. Excellent service and would highly recommend”

Hi, thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear you're not 100% happy with our service. I've had a look into this and can see you ordered on Saturday evening. Unfortunately we are only open Monday-Friday so you're order will have been dispatched on Monday for next working day delivery on Tuesday which the tracking says it was delivered then.
