“Been using swimmingpoolchemicals.co.uk for over 15 years and won't go anywhere else. Service on this occasion wasn't quite up to usual standards (products arrived a day later than usual) although the website did say there might be a slight delay so that was fine. Glad to see that they are now using a good courier company (DHL) that sent out regular and accurate updates.”

“i thought the postage and package was rather expensive considering how light and small our order was. Also the delivery was made to the porch of a neighbour 100metres away up our steep lane. then I received a photo of the parcel in the neighboursopen porch. We were in that morning and have a very loud door bell”

Hi, thanks for your review. We're sorry to hear that you were unhappy with our delivery charge this time. Unfortunately, as we can only use DHL to send all our chemicals out, this is what their standard charge is for postage per parcel so we have no choice on this I'm afraid.
