“Prompt service over the years. Thank you.Constructive comment..Did prefer 20g ..chlorine in individualised bags rather than all together in a tub. Also .. do consider stocking floc treatment tabs ..(think it’s aluminium sulphate) Fi clor do the little bags but cannot see it in your store.”

“Running an in-ground swimming pool has become considerably more expensive and would appreciate better offers for regular customers. Also, why has the old 500 gram shock treatment packets been replaced by 300 gram packets; 500 gram dose was ideal for the size of my pool - now I have to use two 300 gram packs obviously at increased cost.”

“Always rapid and accurate service. Parcel Forcemay not be th best courier!! They claimed there was no response when they tried to deliver, even though we were in the house all day,and took the parcel back to the depot. Rescheduling worked OK but we had to be sure to be in. It's very rare these days for couriers not to just leave things in a safe space. In our case we are 500m up a private drive so get euro passing traffic, we've only had two accidental drive ins in forty years!!! Hence no risk to leave things whihc is what pretty ell all couriers now do.”
