Hi, thank you for your review and we are sorry to hear you are unhappy with the delivery service this time. I have looked into this for you and unfortunately as you ordered after our 3pm cut off for same day dispatch on Wednesday 13th April, your order wouldn't have been dispatched until Thursday 14th. Our standard delivery is 1-2 working days so with the bank holiday weekend, it will have been expected delivery either Tuesday 19th or Wednesday 20th so this was in fact delivered on time by DHL.
