“We’ve used Swimming Pool Chemicals for years, happily. Delivery is prompt and often free. Most useful of all is being able to tap into the knowledge of whoever answers the phone. Green pool: advice. Cloudy pool: advice. Winterising:advice. And I love the laminated start/close instructions.”

“The website is easy to use, the delivery is quick, the only problem I have had is with processing the payment through PayPal. I tried on a Saturday and Sunday many times to order the chemicals and in the end had to make a phone call on the Monday morning. The lady that answered the call knew exactly what the problem was and said to use the Sage payment system instead. I have never used that before so was a little hesitant, but my comment would be that if PayPal isn’t working couldn’t you put a message on the webpage saying this, or remove PayPal as an option?”
