“I ordered some intex pool filters, was told they were shipped and with the courier. The day I was supposed to receive them, I received and email saying they were out of stock and I would receive a refund. The refund was put through straight away, although still not good enough as I should have receive the information at point of purchase that the product was out of stock and not be charged for it. Therefore I would not place an order through this website again as clearly there not up to date with there stock take and wouldn’t be sure if I’d actually receive something I’ve paid for.”

“I use you because you have calcium hypochlorite in pellet form. Would be good if you had some products for cleaning pool floors, swimming equipment etc. You gave a me discount code, it never works, but if I send an email you adjust the invoice. I have phoned you on a few occasions for advice on chemicals and was happy with the information I was given.”
