“I would summarise it in two words: FIRST CLASS and that is in ease of order, competative prices, speed of delivery and choosing a reliable carrier that delivers to the right address & not to other houses whose occupants are out while the people concerned were in & waiting for the delivery of their goods, with two large house name signs that could be read even in the dark!”

Hi Marion Sorry to hear that you are still waiting for your order to arrive. The tracking shows that the driver was unable to access the delivery address and the parcel has been placed into the hold bay. I have contacted DHL and asked for them to reattempt delivery again tomorrow. Apologies for the delay and the inconvenience this has caused. “I would love to write a review about Swimming Pool Chemicals but unfortunately, I am unable to do so because I am still waiting for the arrival of the order. DHL informed me that the parcel was delayed last Friday, I sent them an email inquiring about the progress of the delivery 3 days ago and I am still waiting for a response to my inquiry!”

Hi Andrew Thanks for your feedback and sorry that you have yet to receive your order. Unfortunately once the order leaves our warehouse and is with the courier, it is out of our control. We have received this parcel back into our warehouse today as DHL were unable to locate the delivery address, we have sent an email to your email address to inform you and ask for more information, so that we can send the order out again and ensure delivery is successful this time.
