“I’ve used Swimming Pool chemicals for a fair time now and always had a good reliable and swift service. One thing however, that I was not as impressed with, was the fact that I’ve had to re register my account for the new website. I live in India and our house with pool is in the UK Being rented out, so it was just a little bit of extra hassle that I’m surprised couldn’t have been avoided and data ported across. Having said that we are now ‘remembered’ on the site so future orders will be smoother... Best regards, Andrew”

“I can't speak highly enough of the service I received last week. I had a pressing time issue leading up to a property sale... and a green pool! The technical advice on the website is comprehensive and well presented. However, given my problem, I emailed the company to check that I was doing everything possible to clear the pool. I was given expert guidance and advice, almost immediately. The chemicals order was delivered within 48 hours and the disastrous state of the pool rectified in time for a crucial viewing.
