“Genuinely outstanding service. Was looking for Chlorine granules and have Amazon prime, however, due to the current situation people have hiked up their prices and are taking the mick. So searched and stumbled on this site, the product is excellent and I only need 5g of the granules for my tub. Customer for life!”

“I've used Swimming Pool Chemical for.... probably 10 years... probably more (age brain!). Brilliant delivery, almost invariably next day and the products are perfect. My Grand children unwrap and inflate the complimentary pool toy with glee. The only product for which I have to hunt elsewhere is Diatomaceous Earth (One of my Hayward filters is DE).”

Hi, thanks for your feedback, I've just had a look into this to see what happened. We can see you ordered on the 2nd June at 13:43 and at the moment we are dispatching orders the same day if placed before 1pm, so this will have been dispatched on the 3rd June and I can see this was delivered on 4th June.
