“Product is of good quality and normally arrives very quickly. On the one occasion, recently, when delivery was delayed by the carrier - nothing to do with Swimming Pool Chemicals - their office staff couldn’t have been more helpful in sorting it out. A great company to deal with.”

“Your chemicals are excellant. but the delivery of the goods are terrible. Goples service parcel force give a date for delivery delivery time is indicated as 00.00 makes no sence waited the whole day no delivery received casually droped in next day after mid day what a service.!!!”

Dear Gavin, We have reviewed your latest order number 000333690 and it was for Granular Flocculant - 10kg not a chlorine product which is why it did not smell of chlorine. Granular flocculant will make the water cloudy until it has had a chance to circulate. If you wish to clear your hot tub it would have been a better option to use stabilised chlorine tablets (product number SP112) and sparkle water clarifier (product number SP402). Unfortunately we are unable to collect this product and issue a refund in this instance as you have opened and used the product. If you require any further assistance with your hot tub, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will happily advise.

“Best supplier I know. Chlorine always fresh, never get product from last year even when ordering in spring. No duds received, ever. When ordering elsewhere (say Amazon or other suppliers) they often give you the old stuff from their shelves and then it doesnt work and you wonder why you cant get the green pool clear in spring. Not so with swimmingpoolchemicals.co.uk. They always send you high quality fresh chlorine. You can order with confidence.”
