“I've used a few merchandise companies over the years, some huge orders some very small. I recently used Total Merchandise once and found the experience very good, so I used them again. Nice people, good customer service, highly recommended.”

“The price appeared to be the most competitive and it turned out to be true. The staff were helpful with any queries I had. When I saw the actual product ie, pens with our website on them, I couldn't have been happier with them.”

“I enquired through the website after googling my options to get a branded wallplanner. They responded quickly and within a couple of days we had signed off a fantastic wallplanner in our company colours. They weren't needed until November but delivery was still quick and we received them within one week of my first enquiry. The paper quality is better than I expected and I'm excited to see how our clients react when they receive them!”

“The quick turnaround for an initial quote. Knowing which company logo to use along with the follow up information to ensure a quality process really made me happy. Also working Total Merchandise was able to work to my tight deadline was the icing on the cake.”

“I'm very happy with the service provided by Total Merchandise. Quick to reply, Amy and Sekinat are always here to help and are really proactive even when I ask for a product they don't sell or I bother them with last minute changes. Products are always delivered on time or even before the deadline, with no bad surprises, they look as good as what has been approved. I always go back to Total Merchandise when I need new promotional items as I know I can count on them, this is a very reliable company !”

“From the first contact we made for samples and prices we have had excellent customer service. All questions were answered quickly, samples arrived within a few days and help was there when we were trying to sort out the art work for our books. Delivery arrived a week earlier than expected which was a bonus. Will definitely continue to use this company in the future.”
