“Helpful customer service who dealt with some of our specific needs without much trouble. Disappointed that investing in sustainable bamboo pens came packaged in vast quantities of unsustainable single-use plastics. Extremely counter-productive.”

“Excellent support from Beth Gilbert and Holly Hicks, as it was the first time I have ordered these and we had several problems our end that they were happy to help with. The order arrived very promptly and the quality is very good, though we have not been using them long enough to see if there is a problem with the metal breaking.”
