“It was a bit difficult to understand the ordering process. It would be useful to send out templates and better guidance as to what you need to make it all go smoothly. I felt a little at sea. I am used to working in Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator but the information necessary was not sent when requested. Otherwise all OK. I would do it differently next time.”

“The service was fantastic from day one. Lots of guidance and support. Samples arrived quickly and once we made our decision, our pens were produced quickly and delivered within a week and we were delighted with them. We went for budget end pens, but they are a quality product and a lovely giveaway.”

“The delivery of my order on time - tho' I was very disappointed when the first batch of samples and art work did not arrive, only to be told at first that they had been posted, then an email arrived to say 'they were out of stock'!! Eventually I received the samples, but never an initial sample of the art work”
