“I was given information re costs but was not informed of postage until invoice was set They would not send to an alternative address as I was a first time buyer. They did deliver to the alternative address and the goods were received within the timescale”

“At present I have only received half of our order as half were rejected at point of delivery by my director as they were soaking wet. I am still waiting for confirmation of when the outstanding amount of the order will be delivered.”

Thanks for your review Jayne, though naturally, we are saddened to hear of your woes. We understand though that the order was delivered wet because of the fault of the courier, and through no fault of our suppliers or ourselves, though of course we are fully sympathetic, regardless. We have also notified you this morning, by email, that the 2nd part of your delivery is expected today. We will be investigating what happened with the courier, but we thank you for bringing this to our attention, as we otherwise wouldn't have known.

“I'm really impressed with Total Merchandise's service. I tried a number of other companies to print my mugs, and TM was competitively priced, and produced a much better product. And the communication was great throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them!”

“I was impressed with speed of production & delivery. Area for improvement: getting the order set up. I had clearly specified colours and quantities of each item & had them confirmed when I received your quote but then needed to repeat the specs twice before the order was finally actioned.”

“Just days before a major event our client decided they wanted to give guests premium quality gifts with their logo foil embossed. We spoke to several providers, but no one could produce them within the timescale. However, when we talked to Total Merchandise they said 'yes we can!' Within 24 hrs the artwork was approved and the order was in progress - they also got a sample to us rapidly for the client. Delivery was exactly on time and the merchandise quality and embossing was excellent!”

“I usually liaise with Robyn, who always responds quickly and is very helpful. We received an order of pens and I emailed to say I think we are short by three (although this was probably my mistake). The next day three pens arrived in the post, despite me getting back to Robyn to confirm whether by count was correct or not! Also the initial delivery of the pens were early, so again very pleased with the service and delivery time. Katie”
