“I have been so impressed with the service we received from Total Merchandise. The staff are super helpful, and the products we ordered were of excellent quality and reasonably priced. We've looked into this and we can see that your flags and flag bases were delivered on time but your sanitisers were delivered the morning after the expected delivery date which was communicated to you. We're very sorry for the delay you experienced, the industry is incredibly busy at the moment and this is being felt through the courier services, too. We do hope to work with you again.
