“Very competitive prices and a wide range of quality products. Free samples sent quickly with no hassle. The company raised print concerns (ie. it may be too small to print clearly on the product material) based on our design and were happy to then reproof several versions of the artwork until we were happy with an alternative design. Manufacture and delivery was then quick and efficient.”

“Elizabeth Burrows, couldn't do enough , and super fast !! she has been the best merch contact I've used, and would recommend her to everybody. There was a small issue over the colour of the bags, but that wasnt your fault at all, it was the supplier, and Liz sorted a solution in record time. Thanks again ! and I wont use another company ever again !”

“Total Merchandise have been fantastic in producing high quality 'corporate swap' at extremely short notice. They managed to pull together and ship to us just in the nick of time when no-one else could. All the team here are extremely grateful and the foam planes flying around the office have put a huge smile on everyone's faces - let's hope they do the same at our exhibition! “Really over the moon with the service we received from Robyn at TM. I've ordered lots of promo goods before (with different companies) but never had it where we don't need to chase them! Every detail was carefully taken care of and nothing was overlooked. Kept informed at each point of the order and had good control over the artwork which was really important. The whole operation was smooth, professional and efficient. We will be back and I am pleased I have a promotional supplier that I can honestly recommend to my contacts and customers.”
