“I had an urgent order for an upcoming event that had been arranged very quickly, I was keen have some appropriate merchandise and Total Merchandise advertised that their normal delivery was 10 working days which was perfect for me as I had 11 working days. I advised this in my initial contact and I was duly responded to within an hour initially. Having spoken to the first member of staff I was happy that I had made a great choice of supplier, every member of staff I dealt with, whether it was at the telephone or via text/Email, was totally professional and delivered on everything that they had promised. The goods duly turned up ahead of time and were perfect. Thank you all at Total Merchandise for a very pleasurable experience.”
