“I was really impressed with the communication from Total merchandise, notifying me when the delivery would happen and checking we received the goods. I haven’t had that with other suppliers. We ordered bespoke mini Rubik's cube key rings and the quality and finish was excellent. It was a real pleasure working with you.”
