“Elizabeth, who dealt with all my queries and our final order was brilliant to deal with. Helpful and efficient. Once the order was placed we received the payment information very quickly and the goods were despatched immediately upon receipt of payment. Our order arrived when it was supposed to and we are very pleased with the final product. I would have no hesitation in using you for future projects.”

“I had a prompt reply to my request for star paperweights to be engraved for an award presentation. The paperweights I had used the previous year were not in stock but Total Merchandise were able to source a similar paperweight. The process of getting proofs of the engraving was very simple and I was very happy with the service.”

“Whilst I couldn't fault the products themselves, the particular sales representative I dealt with was not good at their role in the slightest. I felt they did not know the products, did not read nor listen to instructions and was all in all rather rude. I think staff need to be trained or supervised better, however, I would happily buy from Total Merchandise again if I dealt with someone more competent.”
