“Communications with Total Merchandise were very good. Delivery of the items, 3 months!! was very disappointing. However, when the items did eventually arrive, the quality was good.”

“Order was for a batch of 250 printed white cotton bags. It was very easy to place an order and the website was very clear with a template to use for the design size and layout. The product delivered was really lovely quality - crisp clear colours - nice quality white cotton bag with washing instruction label on each bag.”

“Was a really quick and easy process to get some branded water bottles for our business, they were the cheap but didn't lack in quality. Tatiana was really helpful and gave me regular updates and even asked if they were ok once they were delivered. Great service, will 100% be using them again!”
