“We recently purchased some branded water bottles from Total Merchandise. The quality of products was excellent as well as the service received. Although there was a small issue, it was quickly resolved. Samantha was great and helpful throughout the process. We would definitely use Total Merchandise again.”

“We recently ordered some branded items for our staff as we're moving offices. Beth, who was my contact was extremely helpful and responsive to all my emails and questions and sent lots of free samples so we could decide what we wanted to order. “Excellent communication and very good quality merchandise. Their prices might be a bit higher than some (I'm guessing) but the quality of the products is first rate. We will definitely use them again for repeat orders and any new merchandise requirements.”

“We had originally chosen items last year but events were cancelled due to COVID. Total merchandise were excellent and fully understood why we couldn’t order. We have now proceeded and from beginning to end they were so professional and helpful. The items were chose came quickly and were well packed. Thank you”
