“I had a bad experience with previous plumber company so I called Toropro. The plumber showed up on time, identified the issues and dealt with the problem within 2 hours, after I'd waited a week for the other plumber. Hopefully it lasts. I'd definitely use this company again. Thanks! (As others have mentioned they do offer a small discount for a review, but I just happen to be very happy with the service.)”

“Arrived on time at 8am as requested. Carried out all the works fitting three filter taps with good humour and even though the job was more complicated than expected, the plumber sorted everything out with minimal fuss and did a good job. I would recommend Toropro for any facilities manager looking to get good cost effective maintenance done at a time convenient to the client.”

“Toropro Maintenance Services provided excellent customer service from the time of booking to resolving the plumbing issues in my flat. They attended the property at the said time and brought all the materials needed and fixed it within 20 minutes. We are very pleased with the result and we will definitely be using them again.”

“I called Toropro at 9.20am to report a leak in my bathroom and their plumber arrived within the hour. Greg was really great and sorted the problem in no time. He explained exactly what the problem was gave me advice on what I should do to ensure the problem doesn't reoccur. The best thing was it was all done within an hour so I knew exactly how much I would be charged. I will definitely use Toropro again. Thanks guys.”

“bought a secondhand ice cream machine and it wasn’t working! So called toropro and they sent a engineer out the next day! The guy sorted out the problem within 30min and also advice on how to look after the machine! Many thanks to him and will be using toropro in future for all my Refridgeration repairs”

“Called up and organised fix of Mitsubishi heavy industry split air conditioner. Discovered unit had a leak and was devoid of gas and because it was run without gas the compressor was stuck. Work took 3 hrs to resolve. Found leak on internal knuckle, fixed and recharged with gas. Stuck compressor initially tripped unit off but third time compressor started working and unit coolio again. Charged hourly normal day rate and expensive gas.”

“Artur was excellent. Arrived 8 am sharp, very knowledgeable diligent and thorough. Took time to understand the issue with my boiler and looks to have resolved it (time will tell). Nest installation was expertly completed and set up. Artur guided me through the online setup and only left when it was proved to be working.”
