“The booking service was helpful, polite and understood my requirements. The engineer was very professional, knowledgeable and turned up on time. He had time to explain the problem and gave solutions to the issue. I will be using Toropro to fix the problem with my heating and the quote was very reasonable too.”

“Very expensive. Engineer took a long time to fix the W.C because he couldn't find the right parts in the shop, so he had to improvise on what he could get. I just hope the pipe won't leak or burst due to the improvisation. Toropro then charge me extra percentage on top of what's paid by engineer for the parts. When I asked for receipts for the parts, did not provide me with them despite asking twice.”

“The booking system was efficient and accurate. Clare was pleasant and thorough. Arthur appears to be a knowledgeable, experienced plumber who was most helpful. he has provided good advice and \\i look forward to the next visit to complete the job.”

“Very good service - fast to answer phones even early am - unlike some 'emergency' service companies. Engineer out on time and within 2 hours of our first call to them. Charges v reasonable and way below some charge for London even on normal call out let alone last minute. Would definitely use again.”

“Incredible service. Arrived at the appointed time (to the minute) and did a great job for a reasonable price. The plumber (Mikal) was really polite and tidied up all the mess well too. I can't recommend this company enough. We've used some real cowboys in the past... and these guys are brilliant by comparison.”

“Although the job took 3 days to do rather than 1 day (it ended up being more complicated) the guy who did the job was really good and did a great job. Also the price was very reasonable considering how long it took. Definitely would use them again”

“Slight issues with regard timing as the plumber was very late but it was the run up to Xmas so they had few staff. The plumber was knowledgable, helpful, clean and tidy and resolved the issue in a fast manner.”

“Very pleased with the work. I called for a minor issue with my shower but I was happy with the proactive and helpful attitude of the guy who sorted out the problem and also checked something else.”
