“Helpful booking staff. The plumber arrived promptly and was very friendly and helpful. He took off his shoes which is always appreciated. He gave helpful advice when he isolated the problem.”

“Same day service for blocked toilet in the office, really pleased. It was quick and plumber was thorough (it would be nice to put a cover on the plunger, my suggestion)”

“Had Toropro plumbers come in yesterday to do the main bathroom toilet and had them in again today to do the en-suite bathroom. Again, excellent service and explanation as to exactly what the fault was and how to fix it. Would recommend”

“Very friendly plumber, and the drain was cleared within half an hour. One slight downside was that the pricing wasn't completely clear over the phone when I made the appointment. £62.50 is simply a call out fee, if they have to actually use any equipment then there's an extra charge. Then VAT is added on top. I wish they'd just tell me the price upfront with VAT included. Ended up paying just over £100. They do offer a £10 discount if you give them a good review, though.”

“Always prompt in their response, Toropro , especially Vanesa in the office,worked with me to co-ordinate a mutually convenient time ,to fit a new bathroom mixer tap for my tenant . The engineer came the following day , completed the job , swiftly and left no mess .”

“I called up quite a few companies to fix a problem of leakage in my toilet. Somebody who may be the customer-service person from Toropro answered my request with the best understanding, clarity, and servicing manners. I got a plumber the next morning accordingly. It was not a minor work but the problem was dealt with professionally and efficiently. The plumber was meticulous at the work and sounded very reassuring. I am happy to have chosen the right service provider in this case.”
