“Toropro did a great job in cleaning my waste pipe. It was was completely blocked deep down the drain and their plumber managed to make it work again. They also did other jobs in my property and I am always very happy with their work. I can highly recommend them. Will use again next time.”

“We booked a visit in our office to have 16 of air cons and 2 water filters checked. Next day after the contractor's visit 2 of our air cons were faulty but no report was left or written describing a fault had been found. Had to ring them just to hear that one of the air con filter had to be replaced and we had to pay for the part and for the service. The other air con, we were told, when I rang them that was too old and needed to be replaced by a new one. Toropro gave me a quote of over £4,000,00 for the unit! The water filters have not been cleaned or serviced and when I queried why we had been charged for something we didn't get I heard that the contractor did clean the filter and that ALSO needs replacing. I should take a picture of the filter and Toropro would give me an estimate for the filter and for the service. Very poor service and customer service. Stay far from them. Adriana - WEBDMUK”

“We had a leak in the bathroom. The plumber arrived within the allocated time, he assessed the problem, informed us of the problem and fixed it quickly than expected. We are satisfied with the work and the cost. Thank you very much. Miss B”

“My engagement with Toropro from start to end was very positive. They arranged a non urgent appointment within 2 hours. The plumber on site was very helpful and knowledgeable. They will definitely be called on again for their services.”

“Very easy booking process, pleasant and helpful lady on the end of the phone. Plumber arrived about half an hour late with no explanation, but appeared competent, fixed the problem, and left the area impressively tidy. He didn't explain what the problem had been or what he'd done (we only exchanged a handful of words the whole time he was there), but this information was supplied with the invoice and I was completely satisfied with the work.”

“I was most impressed with the service provided. After my boiler lost pressure recently, thereby switching off the heating system, I called and asked if an engineer could visit that afternoon. Within two hours the engineer was with me, he checked everything carefully, re-pressurised the boiler and inspected all radiators. He gave very helpful information and advice, was efficient and courteous. I have no hesitation in recommending Toropro. VJ, Putney, SW15 1PQ”

“Our boiler stops several times a day. We contacted Toropro who came and said said some part had to be changed and they ordered the part and changed it. This was done quickly and for the modest price of 500 pounds but the problem persist: our boiler still stops several times a day. Too bad for us I guess.”
