“Arrival time: late but understandable given the recent traffic condition in my area Tools: not the best I've ever used. High pressure water jet was needed but not available. Didn't see the high tech pipe inspection camera either. Result: acceptable but not perfect. Water flow speed slowed down a bit as soon as the engineer left. I was expecting a thorough cleaning using the water jet Professional: good attitude, no waste of time, helped keep the house clean, skills could be better though”

“Going from the initial phone call into Toropro to the moment Razvan left the property I couldn't fault the service, they were great! Razvan was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He identified the plumbing problem quickly and advised the best course of action moving forward. Great service!”

“Your engineer quickly spotted the problem in our underfloor heating which was a need for adjustment to our air exhaust heat pump. He found the problem that the heat pump specialist failed to spot. Excellent!”

“Booking the plumber by phone was made easy, clear estimates for each job were sent by email, the plumber arrived promptly and the three jobs were completed satisfactorily. We now have new washers in a mixer tap, a repaired toilet and new valves on a radiator.”

“I have used Toropro twice now and am really happy with them. The first time I used them was August when my air conditioning started leaking. Michael came round and fixed the problem within the hour and I have not had any trouble with it since. The second time I used them they replaced some taps for me in my bathroom. Costel was friendly and tidied up after himself - I can highly recommend them to anyone.”
