“An engineer arrived within 1.5h. As there was no fault to the aircon, he looked further for the reason of bad smell. After a quick investigation he found the source of odour at the back of a fridge's drip tray. Very friendly and helpful gentleman. Thank you.”

“Amazing service, I had a lick on the basement coming from the toilet in the ground floor, Bartek came the same day I called and he repaired within 40 min. He tested well and make sure it was not anymore leaking. The plumber was very polite and understanding he fixed the problem immediately. Thank you”

“I am absolutely delighted with Toropro's services and will definitely be using them again. They were extremely cheap, they arrived within two hours when it wasn't particularly an emergency, the plumber was very polite and understanding about having to wait outside until someone let him in, he fixed the problem immediately, sent a photo as I asked, and the receptionist was extremely helpful and gave me all the information I needed and took extra trouble to make sure the invoice described the problem. I am extremely impressed and pleased with the service. Thank you”
