“Went by the shop when I was in Orlando on vacation picked up some really nice coral in a mandarin goby brought them back to Georgia they are all doing great then I placed a on line Oder for some dry goods it was shipped out fast great store and great staff”
“Both phyto cultures arrived earlier than expected, arrived next day fedex and with good color appearance. Under the microscope, both T-ISO and Rhodo cultures looked pure with no visible contamination of protists, bacteria, parsites or other outside strains. Overall happy with these cultures and they both are currently doing well after 5 days.”
“Incredible customer service! The shipment went to the wrong address, not TSA's fault, and TSA was immediately on top of it. TSA responded to me the same day of my email about the missing order and had protocols set to figure it out and replace if necessary. They reached out to the carrier to see what had happened. Luckily the shipment went to a neighbor who brought it inside and delivered it to me later in the evening. The Emerald crabs and microalgae were still alive and well. Thank you TSA for your help and great products.”
“2nd time i’ve ordered with TSA. Corals always arrive in time. Packaged very well. The corals always look great and the provided care sheet is very helpful. I visit TSA every time I’m looking at getting new corals. Great experience, and highly recommended.”
“Corals arrived morning of delivery date.
Well packaged. Fraga look great and some larger than I had expected or seen from other companies. Thanks Top Shelf Aquatics.”
“I rarely leave reviews for companies, but I've been extremely pleased with everything I've purchased from Top Shelf. The nudibranches and coral I've purchased have been extremely well packaged and arrived alive and in great condition. No pests on any of the coral either.”
“Everything arrived packed beautifully and labeled . All looked healthy and are doing well . If there were an improvement it would be to include lighting and flow in all the pieces of coral as only one had this labeled and the other would be a warning about keeping the lettuce nudibranch in an aquarium with the intake valve exposed . I had no idea it would get sucked in such a small space and it was dead by the time I realized what happened”
