We responded to your email the following day at 11:39 a.m., explaining the security concerns and informing you that we could ship the order the same day if confirmed. Unfortunately, we did not receive your response until 6:35 p.m., which was past our shipping cutoff time. As a result, we shipped the order the next day.
While we understand emergencies can arise, both we and the credit card companies must adhere to security protocols when transactions are flagged. These measures protect both us and our customers, and have, on occasion, saved customers thousands of dollars from fraudulent orders.

“I've ordered maybe 5-7 times, mainly live sales sometimes just off the website. Over all those orders (50+ corals) I've gotton a total of 1 leaky bag (no harm at all) and 1 broken branching Acro (it basically broke off at the main plug and I reglued the main piece along with the main plug and the random small pieces, two corals now both are doing just fine right now. I reported the damage and they were willing to refund the piece but I was happy with the results, I would have cut it anyway. They went out of there way to contact me 3 times by e-mail to check on the damaged corals health.

“Ordered Phytoplankton. Items were packaged well and shipped in a styro which I was happy to see as they are perishable. However I would have liked to have seen a cold pack in with them. Fortunately I didn't have mass death as they did arrive at room temperature but there was a bit of an odor to them. If you're gonna go thru the trouble of packing and shipping them properly why not just toss an ice pack in for good measure?”
“Ordered 10 Stomatella snails. As far as I could tell all arrived alive. Only dislike was there were 2 large and the rest were extremely small. @ $9.99 each I feel like they all should be of the larger size. Other than that I'm satisfied.”
“First they didn't include a good chunk of my order, and some of what I did get had NOWHERE near the quantity they claim. Then they ignore me contacting them about not getting part of it until I put them on blast in a Facebook group, then they finally send the rest of what I ordered but they shorted the heck out of me on it too. Paid for 4 dozen (48) amphipods.... Actual quantity I got was 15 including 6 dead ones.
Live plankton's are by FAR the most watered down ones I've ever seen, copepods bottles have about 1/10 of the copepods they claim you'll get... I could go on. This place is pathetic and a ripoff! Will NEVER shop here again!”

We are sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your order. We did apologize regarding the amphipods accidentally not being shipped, but we were sure to get them shipped out the following ship day. As far as being shorted we checked with multiple members of our pack team and they are sure 48 amphipods were packaged, if there were any discrepancies please send is photos of what was received and we will get the situation corrected immediately. Also we have not received any communications from you regarding the phyto, but if for whatever reason the bottles did not ship well please also send us photos of those and we are always more than happy to assist. We strive to provide the best possible customer service and always ask that customers reach out with any issues. We will do everything in our power to correct any problems.
